A helpful first message usually includes the wallet address involved, the page you were on, and a short note about what you were trying to do.
Report a bug
Include the wallet address you tested, what you expected to see, what the site showed instead, and any screenshots that help explain the mismatch.
It also helps to include the exact result page URL, whether the issue was on mobile or desktop, and whether a refresh changed anything.

Share feedback
Good feedback is specific. Mention the page, the interaction, and what felt confusing, annoying, or unexpectedly solid.
If you want to suggest a new stat, a better explanation, or a feature that would make Solsona more useful, this is the best channel for it.

Data issues
If stats like PnL, best trade, worst trade, or timing look wrong, include the wallet address and an example transaction or comparison screenshot so the parser can be traced against real swap history.
For missing swaps or incorrect token behavior, sending the transaction signature or token mint makes debugging much faster.

Solsona works from public wallet activity, so support requests may require looking at onchain data and parsed swap history to explain a result.
